Roof & Roof Space: Roofing type and condition, Roof penetrations, skylights, guttering, chimney, Roof space: insulation, water staining, borer

Exterior Envelope: Cladding type and condition, Joinery type and condition, Decks, balconies, patios

Sub-Floor Structure: Foundation type and condition, Insulation, Borer activity

Interior Spaces: Kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, stairs, office

Services: Electrical: fuse board, meter board, wiring type, smoke alarms, Plumbing: hot water cylinder, plumbing type

Site & Surroundings: Garage and outbuildings, Fencing, surface water, Retaining walls (up to 1500mm), Paths and driveways

You’ll receive a confirmation email, Letter of Engagement, and invoice once your booking is secured.

Inspection & Report

We carry out the inspection as agreed and provide you with a detailed report.

Booking Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your inspection, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection are subject to a $230 incl GST cancellation fee.

Inspection Re-Check Fee

Each inspection with StruktSure includes one scheduled site visit.

If an additional visit is requested for any reason a site re-check fee of $150 per hour (incl. GST) will apply.
