We are a locally owned and family-operated building services company with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the building industry—led by Jason, a NZ trade-qualified builder who has also worked in various site supervisor and project manager rolls within the industry.

We built StruktSure to turn decades of practical knowledge into clear, empowering support for homeowners, buyers, and sellers alike. Our Process

Its quite simple. You can contact us either through our website booking form or directly by phone to request a quote. We will then send you our Quote, along with our Terms and Conditions. If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange a suitable time to carry out the inspection. If required we’ll coordinate with the key holder/Agent for access to the property. A confirmation email along with our Letter of Engagement and Invoice will be sent to confirm your booking. From here, we will carry out the inspection as requested and return a detailed report to you.
